• Are you a passionate and motivated person? Then join our Business Reporting team as a Junior Controller. This position offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in the areas of Cost Center Accounting, Cost Charging, Product Costing or Project Accounting.

• •Embark on Financial Analysis: Engage in management accounting activities to provide strategic financial insights and support informed decision-making.
• •We like it well-founded: Collaborate with controlling units to find effective solutions for strategic decision-making.
• •You help to get things moving: work with SAP data, ensure accuracy and handle month-end-closings successfully.
• •Achieve more together: Bring expertise to defined areas of competence, supporting internal and global projects.
• •We love new things: Identify process, report, and system enhancement opportunities; drive harmonization and automation.

• •successfully completed studies in the field of business & economics or able to think outside the box with high willingness to learn
• •first professional experience in accounting or controlling, e.g. in the context of internships
• •strong IT affinity and interest in digitalization; ideally initial experience with SAP R/3, FI and CO or SAP S/4HANA
• •fluent communication skills in English, other European languages are an advantage

• WHAT WE OFFER
• •Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
• •30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options

• •Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany - here a first impression
