  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Begleitung des Budget- und Forecast-Prozesses
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Planungssoftware Tagetik
  • Erstellung von Reports, Präsentationen und Ad-hoc-Analysen für verschiedene Fachbereiche sowie Mitwirkung am Reporting für die Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Analyse von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei Controlling-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen (z.B. Digitalisierung, Supply Chain Controlling, Energiecontrolling)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
