We are currently looking for a Junior Customer Lifecycle Manager - Email & SMS Marketing who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with the CRM, Creative, Trading and Analytics teams, your focus will be on planning, executing and optimising email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys that build customer engagement, retention and revenue. In this role, you will combine your interest in customer behaviour and data with your ability to create relevant, engaging communications, while developing your expertise in CRM and supporting the growth of SMS as an emerging channel.
