AI Copilots & Autonomous Agentic Systems — from copilots in hospitals, financial advisor agents, and manufacturing bots
High-Performance Search & Recommendation — large-scale recommender systems and search solutions like Elasticsearch, vector databases, and text-to-SQL
Decision-Support Tools — systems for critical applications in adtech, finance, and e-commerce
Core Stack You'll Use & Learn
Core Tools: Python, SQL, and advanced AI-assisted coding
Visualisation: Matplotlib, Seaborn, and/or tools like Tableau, Looker
What You'll Be Exposed To: Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, MLflow, AWS, and GCP
The Role
As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be the analytical engine of our project teams. You will dive into project data to uncover insights, evaluate model performance from a business perspective, and help translate complex technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for our clients.
You will:
Analyze Performance Data — work with data generated by our AI models to measure their effectiveness, identify trends, and understand user behaviour.
Research and Evaluate Models — support senior team members by researching new AI and machine learning approaches, summarizing their capabilities and potential business applications.
Translate Technical to Business — collaborate with ML engineers to understand how models work, and then articulate their value and limitations in a business context.
Create Reports & Presentations — develop clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Support Project Teams — assist in the discovery phase of new projects by analyzing client data and identifying opportunities where AI can solve key business challenges.
About You
You are a recent graduate or have 0-2 years of professional experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
Strong foundational skills in Python for data analysis (especially Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data querying
A natural curiosity for technology and a strong desire to learn about machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI
Excellent communication and presentation skills; you are comfortable explaining analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) is a plus
A BSc or MS in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Based in Pakistan, with working hours that overlap with our European team
