Junior Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• •Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• •Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities .
• •Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• •Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
• •Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress.
• •Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
• •Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material planning.
• •Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution.
• •Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work-related documentation.
• •Ensure work is completed as per project schedules and instructions.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• •2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site execution.
• •Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
• •Experience in residential or commercial construction is preferred.

Skills Required

• •Basic knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works.
• •Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications.
• •Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• •Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• •Strong attention to detail and willingness to work at project sites.
• •Ability to work effectively with contractors and site teams.
