About the role

Support project and business operations through financial monitoring, invoice and payment follow-up, delivery and resource management support, contract administration assistance, and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Monthly review of the financial scenario of ongoing projects.
• •Review and follow up on invoice submission and payment receipt with the finance team and the client.
• •Technical Review, Quality Assurance and Site Support
• •Assist the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader and Functional General Managers in contract preparation, variation agreement proposals, and replacement proposals.
• •Design Support and Technical Analysis

About You:

• •Bachelors in Relevant Subject or Equivalent Degree
• •1 to 2 years of professional experience in relevant field
• •Good technical understanding of project aspects and delivery
• •Good communication skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)

Proficiency in time, quality and cost management skills
