Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten Junior IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d), der Verantwortung im Onsite Support übernimmt, Störungen analysiert und für reibungslose IT Prozesse sorgt.

  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. IT-Fachkraft) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Umfeld
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hardware und gängigen Betriebssystemen
  • Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine klare Kundenkommunikation
  • Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
  • Bereitschaft zu versetzten Arbeitszeiten sowie zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Eigenständige Analyse von Störungen in der IT Landschaft
  • Aktive Lösungsfindung im Team bei komplexen IT Problemen
  • Saubere Dokumentation und klare Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Fachgerechter Austausch von Hardware
  • Betreuung von Windows Clients, Druckern, Netzwerken und Telekommunikation im 2nd Level Support
