Unser Kunde sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Support/-Administrator (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • First-Level-Support
  • erster Ansprechpartner für Auszubildende, Lehrkräfte und Mitarbeiter beim Umgang mit den IT-Systemen
  • betreuen die Surface-Tablets der Auszubildenden, verwalten Benutzer und Berechtigungen
  • Unterstützung bei der bei der Einführung des neuen Aus- und Fortbildungssystems und der Gestaltung der neuen IT-Infrastruktur

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als (Fach-)Informatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrungen im Microsoft-Umfeld (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune) und Server-Administration
  • Kenntnisse in Software-Verteilung, Netzwerk-Management und Datenbank-Administration (SQL)
