## Deine Aufgaben:

  • IT-Support: Unterstützung unserer Kunden (und unseres internen Teams) rund um die Administration und den Betrieb von IT-Systemen (Software, z.B. Notes/Domino).
  • Kundenprojekte: Anforderungsanalysen, Konzeption und Realisierung bis zur Betriebsunterstützung unter Anleitung erfahrener Kollegen
  • Monitoring: Kontinuierliches Monitoring sowie regelmäßige Wartungen der Kunden-Systeme
  • Security-Maßnahmen: Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Härtung von Kundensystemen zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Unternehmensinformationen
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung von IT-Richtlinien und Pflege von Dokumentationen

## Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder ein Studium in Informatik (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erfahrung: Bereits erste Erfahrungen als Administrator im Bereich Windows, Linux, Server und Clients, VMs und Container (z.B. aus der Berufsschule)
  • Lernbereitschaft: Neugierig, lernwillig und bereit, schrittweise Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikation: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fühlst Dich im direkten Kundenkontakt wohl
  • Flexibilität: Arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld ohne starre Prozesse
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
