## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Support (per E-Mail und Telefon), Kundenberatung, Betreuung unserer Kunden, Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der Bürozeiten und am Wochenende
  • Einrichten von Webspaces, E-Mail-Accounts, etc.
  • Installation und Umzug von CMS und Onlineshop-Systemen
  • Administration und Konfiguration von Servern

## Was zeichnet Dich aus?

  • gute Linux-Kenntnisse
  • analytisches Denken & selbständiges sowie sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • zuverlässiges Wesen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Informationsbeschaffung und Weiterbildung
  • gute Rechtschreib- sowie Englischkenntnisse

## Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in:

  • LEMP- & LAMP-Systeme
  • PHP, SQL, Shell-Scripting
  • CMS und Onlineshop-Systeme (z.B. Shopware, PrestaShop, Magento, TYPO3, WordPress, Contao, etc.)
