Aufgaben

  • Anlage von Datensätzen im Kernbankensystem (Kunden und Konten)
  • Betreuung der Einlagen für den Markt Niederlande
  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung (insb. Kontoeröffnungen, -änderungen und -löschungen)
  • Termingerechte Bearbeitung von Aufträgen
  • Archivierung relevanter Unterlagen
  • Dateneingabe und -pflege
