Junior Media Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Media Services team works closely with external clients: consulting, informing, and guiding them to achieve appropriate, cost-effective solutions for their recruitment advertising needs. We are now seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Media Account Executive to join our centralized team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

What You Will Do:

Shared Pod & Queue Triage: Manage day-to-day incoming client requests within our centralized service queue, ensuring all inquiries are responded to in line with team Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Campaign & Media Order Execution: Process standardized media cost, accurately log campaign requirements, gather rate cards, and generate purchase orders via our procurement system.

Client Engagement & Service: Serve as a responsive point of contact for transactional and ad-hoc client requests, offering the best solutions for their day-to-day recruitment needs.

Senior Team Support: Assist Senior Account Managers with campaign reporting, proposal prep, and co-hosting Virtual Drop-In Sessions for mid-tier accounts.

Media Partner Coordination: Work closely with job boards and media suppliers to confirm bookings, monitor campaign performance, and ensure campaigns deliver on deadline and on budget.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal software sales and account management teams to process incoming leads and support overall team revenue goals.

Team Player: Pitch in with non-media buying or operational tasks whenever needed to support the overall mission.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 1+ years in recruitment advertising, ad agency account management, media sales support, or an internal transfer with strong operational system knowledge.

Communication & Relationships: A natural communicator capable of building great client relationships and delivering clear, professional updates.

Attention to Detail: Outstanding organizational skills with a commitment to 100% accuracy in booking entries, data handling, and billing records.

Adaptability & Drive: Commercially minded, adaptable, and hungry to learn media strategy and campaign optimization under senior mentorship.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

SLA Response Times: 95%+ of client requests responded to within communicated service level agreements.

100% Accuracy: Error-free execution across media bookings, procurement setups, and client billing.

Campaign Delivery: Ensuring assigned media buys and campaign setups are delivered on deadline and on budget.

Development Milestones: Successful completion of 30-60-90 day onboarding objectives.
