Wir suchen einen engagierten Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/w/d), der unser bestehendes Team bei der kontinuierlichen Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen Cloud‑Arbeitsumgebung unterstützt.

### Darum geht's

  • Administration & Betrieb: Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung der M365 Tenant-Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, OneDrive) sowie User-, Gruppen-, Rollen- & Lizenzmanagement
  • Security & Compliance: Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance, Security und Umsetzung bzw. Monitoring von Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien; Durchführung regelmäßiger Sicherheits- und Konfigurationsüberprüfungen (ISO27001 / TISAX)
  • Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management: Gerätemanagement via Intune und Erstellung/Pflege von Konfigurationsprofilen und relevanter Richtlinien
  • Support & Beratung: 2nd/3rd-Level Support & Beratung der Fachbereiche zu M365 und fachspezifischer Fragen
  • Projekte & Weiterentwicklung: aktive Mitarbeit bei der Integration unserer Unternehmensgesellschaften in eine vernetzte IT-Landschaft; Mitarbeit an Modern-Workplace-Projekten und Evaluierung neuer M365 Funktionen
  • optional: Automatisierung per PowerShell, Graph API oder Power Platform

### Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium mit Informatik/IT-Bezug oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der M365 Administration
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune und Security (Purview) sowie Erfahrung mit PowerShell
  • Hohes Verständnis für das Thema IT Security, Identitiy- und Access Management sowie damit verbundener Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden IT-Landschaften (On-Prem / Cloud) wünschenswert
  • Analytische, strukturierte & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (Wort und Schrift)
  • Teamspirit und Interesse an neuen Technologien
