Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Platforms team and help shape the future of global commerce.

This individual will support a Senior Partner Manager with our Admin (Tier 4) portfolio. This position will be expected to support the Partner Manager in maximising lead referrals/revenue opportunities, support with reactive partner queries, help develop/grow partners to move to Tier 3 and support with any Adhoc project work.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a level of industry technical knowledge and have some understanding of how third-party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem.

What you'll Own

Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners

Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets

Assist with quarterly partner reporting

Provide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews

Act as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)

Support SPM with partner residual payments

Support SPM with partner contract renewals

Support SPM with reactive partner queries

Support with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT)

Support with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350)

Support with Adhoc projects

What you'll bring

5 years + in payments industry

Proven ability to sell technical solutions (for example integrated products)

Commercial role background with delivery against sales quota

Strong relationship building skills

Clear communicator

Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Good problem solver

Strong customer service skills
