Junior Partnership Associate

We’re growing fast - and so is our network of partners. Wicked needs a Junior Partnership Associate to fuel that growth. You’ll generate leads, connect with operators, keep campaigns running smoothly, and make sure our partnerships pipeline never dries up.

What You’ll Do

Generate and qualify new operator leads through research, outreach, and events.

Keep the CRM sharp - accurate data, updated pipelines, no loose ends.

Support the Partnerships team in onboarding and maintaining operator relationships.

Verify campaigns, monitor live games, and ensure compliance with agreements.

Track campaign performance and report results that the team can act on.

Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed.

What You Know

Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.

Sales background is preferred - no past gaming experience required.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation.

Able to work independently while keeping the team in the loop.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
