## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für die Koordination und Abwicklung von kleinen und mittleren Projekten im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Planung und Steuerung des Projektablaufs angefangen von der Angebotserstellung bis hin zum Projektabschluss
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Laufendes Projektcontrolling, Forecasting und Reporting im Rahmen eines Multiprojektmanagements
  • Schnittstelle zum Kunden sowie Führung und Koordination des Projektteams
  • Steuerung von Änderungen (Change Management) sowie Mitarbeit bei Verhandlungen und im Claim Management
  • Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme beim Kunden
  • Mitarbeit im Business Development

## Ihre Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Konstruktion im Bereich Anlagenbau, vorzugsweise in der Metallindustrie
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Problem-Lösungs-Kompetenz
