Junior Project Manager, Primary Market Research

• Job Overview
• Provide support and assistance to project leads and teams with minimal supervision in the process of conducting primary market research projects.
• Support all project-related activities for assigned PMR projects in accordance with local/global SOPs, policies and practices.

• Essential Functions
• •Support smooth primary market research projects by handling contract management, processing internal/external financial documents, and managing training process including SOPs, pharmacovigilance (PV), and client-oriented trainings.
• •Manage the set up and maintenance of all project documentation files and records according to the scope of work and SOPs.
• •Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
• •Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
• •Act as the primary backup contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders as designated by the project manager.
• •Provide support for syndicated offerings (Rx trackers/ Oncology Dynamics) during peak periods.
• •Primarily lead inbound fieldwork-only projects, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.

• Qualifications
• •Bachelor's degree required.
• •Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in PMR agencies or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• •Experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred.
• •Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• •Ability to time management skills.
• •High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• •Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
• •Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
