Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Durchführung technischer Projekte (Capex) verschiedener Größenordnungen von der Anforderungsdefinition bis zur Serienproduktion
  • Ermittlung von Anforderungen und Übernahme in Lastenhefte
  • Überwachen von Terminen, Kosten und Meilensteinen
  • Abstimmung der verschiedenen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken, Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen bei Lieferanten und vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit hoher Affinität zu technischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Prozessen
  • erste Erfahrung im Umfeld industrieller Massenfertigung sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägter Lernwille mit Bereitschaft, ins Detail zu gehen
  • Fundierte CAD-Kenntnisse, optimalerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit AutoCAD
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Resilienz und Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck souverän zu agieren
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie gleichzeitig empathisches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
