Unser Auftraggeber ist ein renommierter Immobilienentwickler, der in München in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ein sehr komplexes, sehr sichtbares und sehr präsentes Immobilienprojekt (83.000 m² Bruttogrundfläche, 5 Geschosse unterirdisch, 8 Geschosse oberirdisch) realisiert.

Aufgabenbereiche

Die Position

Sie sind in Ihrer Position als Junior-Projektleiter / Projekttechniker (m/w/d) eingebettet in ein mehrköpfiges Team (5 Teammitglieder) und unterstützen die technischen Projektleiter bei der Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauausführung sowie bei allen in diesem Zusammenhang anfallenden Aufgaben.

Mit dieser Ausschreibung richten wir uns an ambitionierte Kandidaten, die über eine fundierte technische Ausbildung (TU, FH) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen / Hochbau, Architektur o. Ä. sowie über erste Arbeitserfahrung verfügen und sich in Richtung Projektleitung (Junior-Projektleitung ist die Vorstufe zur Projektleitung) weiterentwickeln möchten.

Das Angebot

Geboten wird Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit im Rahmen eines „Vorzeigeprojekts“ in München.

Für Ihre Einsatzbereitschaft ist ein jährliches Bruttogehalt ab ca. € 60.000,- vorgesehen.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
