JUNIOR PROJEKTLEITER SCHADSTOFFSANIERUNG (M/W/D)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Schadstoffsanierungsprojekten
  • Koordination von Personal, Nachunternehmern und Gerätschaften
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden und Projektbeteiligte
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität, Arbeitsschutz und Dokumentation
  • Vorbereitung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um moderne Sanierungsgeräte
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projektverantwortung mit intensiver Einarbeitung

IHR PROFIL:

  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Bau- oder Umweltthemen
  • Organisationsgeschick und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Interesse an Projektmanagement und Mitarbeiterführung
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
  • Bereitschaft, sowohl im Büro als auch auf Baustellen tätig zu sein
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
