  • Unterstützung der Senior Project Manager bei der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten innerhalb unserer neu gegründeten Tochtergesellschaft
  • Pflege von Projektplänen, Terminplänen, Meilensteinplänen und Projektstatus
  • Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Projektbesprechungen, Terminen sowie Projektstatusberichte und Management-Unterlagen
  • Koordination von Aufgaben und Arbeitspaketen innerhalb interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen (m/w/d) und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Vorbereitung von Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanungen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau von Projektmanagement-Prozessen und bei der Einführung von Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie ein Interesse an technischen Produkten und komplexen Systemen
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Defence-, Aerospace-, Automotive- oder High Tech-Industrie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
