Bist du kommunikativ, Sales-orientiert und möchtest deine Karriere im Vertrieb vorantreiben? Als Sales Consultant im 360° Recruiting betreust du sowohl Unternehmen als auch Kandidaten.

Als Personalberatung sind wir darauf spezialisiert, Freelancer und Festanstellungen in den Bereichen IT und Engineering zu vermitteln. Wir folgen dem Motto: „Progressing Lives Everywhere“ - indem wir nicht nur unsere Kunden unterstützen, sondern auch dir helfen deine Karriere voranzutreiben!

Deine Aufgaben:

Aktiver Vertrieb: Du akquirierst Unternehmen und sammelst wertvolle Markt-Insights.

Beziehungsmanagement: Du baust dir ein eigenes Netzwerk aus Kunden und Kandidaten auf und wirst zum Spezialisten in deinem Nischenmarkt.

Recruiting: Du suchst nach passenden Kandidat:innen und steuerst den gesamten Recruitingprozess bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Social Selling: Du baust dir ein eigenes Netzwerk auf.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Ehrgeiz, Lernbereitschaft und Drive

Du hast das passende Mindset und überzeugst durch Persönlichkeit

Du bist zielorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit KPIs

Du bist kommunikativ und hast kein Problem damit viel zu telefonieren

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1/C2) und sehr gutes Englisch
