Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Salesforce (Admin-Grundkenntnisse oder Salesforce Trailhead-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil)Affinität zu CRM-Systemen und digitalen ProzessenGute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseSichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1), Englischkenntnisse von VorteilKommunikationsstärke und serviceorientierte EinstellungHohe Eigenmotivation und Freude an der Arbeit in einem remote Team
