Your Role

As a Junior ServiceNow Developer with Capgemini, you will contribute to the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform under the guidance of experienced developers and architects. You will strengthen your core ServiceNow skills while gaining experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, integrations, and enterprise AI use cases.

In this role you will:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.

• Support the implementation of Now Assist use cases and AI-powered automations.

• Configure prompts, AI skills, and simple AI Agent capabilities.

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs with support from senior team members.

• Participate in testing, debugging, defect resolution, and quality-assurance activities.

• Produce technical documentation and development deliverables.

• Support workshops, customer demonstrations, proofs of concept, and internal AI showcases.

• Participate in hackathons and AI Factory innovation initiatives.

• Assist in building demonstration environments and accelerators.

• Contribute to reusable assets and knowledge repositories while continuously developing ServiceNow and AI skills.

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of relevant ServiceNow experience for this recruitment need.

• Foundational ServiceNow development knowledge and a strong interest in AI-powered enterprise solutions.

• Basic to intermediate JavaScript knowledge.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Flow Designer, workflows, testing, and debugging.

• Exposure to Now Assist, prompts, AI skills, or AI Agents is valued.

• Professional fluency in French and English.

• Preferred certifications: CSA and CAD.

• Strong learning ability, rigor, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
