  • selbstständige, kreative Führung eines eigenen Postens und fachgerechte Zubereitung der Gerichte unserer aktuellen Speisekarte,
  • routiniert erledigst du das tägliche Mise en Place und behältst damit in Stresssituationen einen kühlen Kopf,
  • organisierte Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Rezepturen,
  • du bist Ansprechpartner\*in für unsere Lieferanten und sorgst mit der Annahme & Kontrolle der Ware für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowie
  • achtest Du gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg\*innen auf die Umsetzung der HACCP- Standards im gesamten Küchenbereich.

## Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie,
  • Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen,
  • wirtschaftliche und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Produktkenntnisse und ein großes Qualitätsbewusstsein,
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie
  • eine große Portion Teamfähigkeit.
