Für die Restaurants "1328" und "Augustiner" an der Frauenkirche suchen wir ab sofort einen Sous Chef (m/w/d) oder Junior Sous Chef (m/w/d).

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) und idealerweise ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Sous Chef oder möchten sich als Junior Sous Chef weiterentwickeln. Sie sind flexibel, belastbar und arbeiten eigenständig. Sie lieben Ihren Beruf und verstehen es, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten. Schichtarbeit und Teildienste sind für Sie kein Problem. Teamfähigkeit, gute Umgangsformen, ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein sicheres Auftreten sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Wir bieten Ihnen eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Stunden/Woche, Ihr Einsatz erfolgt im Schichtsystem zu den gastronomieüblichen Arbeitszeiten. Weiterhin bieten wir Ihnen neben einem leistungsgerechten Entgelt Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge sowie eine Beteiligung an evtl. anfallenden Kinderbetreuungskosten.
