Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit eine/n:

Junior Technical Buyer (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des technischen Einkaufs in Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Termintracking über sämtliche Projektphasen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von RFQs
  • Angebotsvergleich und Aufbereitung für Entscheidungsrunden
  • Terminverfolgung bei Lieferanten
  • Pflege projektbezogener Übersichten und Statuslisten
  • Organisation und Dokumentation von Lieferantenmeetings
  • Erstellung von Besprechungsprotokollen
  • Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Musterbestellungen
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Pflege von Einkaufs- und Projektdaten

Ihr Profil:

  • Gerne bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Projektmanagement oder Supply Chain
  • Gutes Technisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
