## Junior Treasury Manager m/w/d

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst das Cash-Management und behältst die Liquidität jederzeit im Blick.
  • Du steuerst den Zahlungsverkehr und verantwortest das Cash Pooling.
  • Mit Liquiditätsprognosen, Cashflow-Analysen und aussagekräftigen Reports schaffst du eine verlässliche Planungsgrundlage.
  • Du stimmst Bankkonten ab und verwaltest Bankvollmachten.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an internationalen Treasury- und Finanzierungsprojekten mit.
  • Du unterstützt das Fremdwährungs- und Zinsmanagement.
  • Du erstellst Management-Reports sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen für interne und externe Stakeholder.
  • Du optimierst und automatisierst Treasury-Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du betreust und entwickelst das Treasury-Management-System (TMS) weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Accounting und Controlling zusammen – insbesondere während der Abschlussprozesse.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän mit internen Teams, Tochtergesellschaften sowie externen Partnern und Banken.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Banking oder Wirtschaft – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Treasury, Finanzwesen oder Bankenumfeld.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes Verständnis für finanzielle Zusammenhänge.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikationsstark, souverän im Auftreten sowie verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
