  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Erste Ansprechperson für rechtliche Fragestellungen der Märkte, Fachbereiche und Geschäftsführung
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Verträgen sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertragsvorlagen
  • Beobachtung rechtlicher Entwicklungen und Ableitung relevanter Maßnahmen für HORNBACH
  • Bearbeitung von Schadens- und Rechtsfällen sowie Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Gerichten und Rechtsanwälten
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Schulungsunterlagen und internen Dokumenten
  • Mitarbeit an lokalen und konzernweiten Projekten
  • Verantwortung für den Beschaffungsprozess im Bereich Nicht-Handelsware
  • Option zur Führung des Teams Legal & Administration
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Legal, idealerweise in einem Unternehmen oder einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zivilrecht, Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Verwaltungsrecht, Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen
  • Optional Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
