Ab 30 Stunden bis Vollzeit Vollzeit | Wallern an der Trattnach

Aufgaben

  • selbstständige Prüfung, Erstellung und Anpassung von Verträgen sowie sonstigen rechtlichen Dokumenten
  • Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Rechtsrecherchen und Erarbeitung praxisorientierter Lösungen
  • rechtliche Unterstützung unserer Projektteams bei Vertragsverhandlungen im nationalen und internationalen Projektgeschäft
  • rechtliche Begleitung des Nachtragsmanagements
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Rechtsanwält:innen
  • Begleitung von Verfahren sowie Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Vertragsvorlagen und juristischen Standards

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
  • mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zivilrecht, insbesondere Vertragsrecht
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen Zivilrecht, insbesondere im Vertragsrecht, sowie Interesse an internationalen Rechtsfragestellungen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
