Wir betreuen neben mittelständischen Unternehmen auch den Groß- und Versandhandel sowie Ärzte und andere Dienstleister der Gesundheitsbranche. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als:

Jurist oder juristischen Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) im Forderungseinzug Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Bearbeitung und rechtliche Bewertung von Forderungsangelegenheiten
  • Korrespondenz mit Schuldnern, Rechtsanwälten und Geschäftspartnern
  • Prüfung und Vorbereitung rechtlicher Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung außergerichtlicher und gerichtlicher Inkassoverfahren
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Vorgängen
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Interesse an rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Juristische Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Die Bereitschaft, sich im Forderungsmanagement einzuarbeiten
