Für unsere Hauptverwaltung mit Sitz in Dortmund suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Juristen (m/w/d) - befristet auf 2 Jahre.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie klären komplexe Rechtsfragen in der bAV, inkl. arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Aspekte
  • Sie prüfen und bewerten Versorgungszusagen für unsere Geschäftspartner und begleiten bei der Einrichtung, Neuordnung und Weiterentwicklung von Versorgungswerken
  • Sie begleiten die Produktgestaltung und verantworten die Betreuung der Allgemeinen Versicherungsbedingungen
  • Sie vertreten das Unternehmen bei internen und externen Fachtagungen und übernehmen Vorträge
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Kollegen in juristischen bAV-Themen
  • Sie sind Bindeglied zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und sorgen für rechtssichere Lösungen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine juristische Ausbildung oder langjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld der bAV
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Sie haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und entscheidungsfreudig
  • Sie haben Freude daran, sich zügig in neue Fragestellungen und Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten
