  • Allach in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Kalibrierung von
  • mechanischen Mess- und Prüfmitteln (z.B. Längenmesstechnik,
  • Feste-Lehren, Drehmomentmesstechnik)
  • Befundung und Reparatur von mechanischen Mess- und Prüfmittlen und
  • Erstellung der zugehörigen Dokumentation
  • Erstellen von Prüf- und Kalibrieranweisungen mit Durchführung der
  • zugehörigen Messunsicherheitsberechnung
  • Bewertung von Messgeräten, Messeinrichtungen und
  • Sonderbetriebsmittel hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung für den vorgesehenen
  • messtechnischen Gebrauch und Festlegung des Kalibrierumfanges
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Validierung von Kalibrier- und
  • Prüfverfahren
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachbereiche bei messtechnischen
  • Aufgaben und Fragen

Ihr Profil:

  • Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker mit ersten Erfahrungen im
  • Umgang mit mechansichen Mess -und Prüfmitteln
  • Mechatroniker mit mehrjäriger Erfahrung im Umgang mit mechansichen
  • Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Kalibrierung von Mess- und Prüfmittel von
  • Vorteil
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: MS-Office, Kalibriersoftware QM Soft, Babtec CAQ
