### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Angebotserstellung und Kostenermittlung der Bauleistungen
  • Erstellung der Auftrags- und Arbeitskalkulation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Nachkalkulation
  • Massenprüfungen und Ausarbeitung von Sondervorschlägen
  • Unterstützung bei Vergabeverhandlungen
  • Abrechnung von Baumaßnahmen in Kooperation mit der zuständigen Bauleitung
  • Rechnungs- und Leistungsprüfung von Lieferanten und Subunternehmer

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk (u.a. Bauzeichner/in) mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Meister/in, Bautechniker/in oder Studium im Bereich Hochbau
  • Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Office- und Kalkulationsprogramme (BRZ)
  • Sie verfügen über ein analytisches sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denkvermögen
  • Selbstständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
