  • Wir sind ein kleines, engagiertes und familiäres Team im Fensterbau. Bei uns gibt es klare Strukturen , kurze Entscheidungswege und eine klare Priorität: Qualität Nr. 1 .
  • Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person für die Kalkulation / Angebotserstellung – ausschließlich LV-Kalkulation und Privat-Anfragen (keine Bauleitung, keine Baustellenabwicklung).

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation von Leistungsverzeichnissen (LV) für Kunststoff-Fenster und Bauelemente
  • Angebotserstellung für Privatkunden (Varianten, Alternativen, Optionen)
  • Massenermittlung & Plausibilitätsprüfung (Mengen, Positionen, Nebenleistungen)
  • Technische Klärung der Anfragegrundlagen (Schnittstellen, Annahmen, Ausschlüsse)
  • Einholen/Abgleich von Lieferantenpreisen und Konditionen (bei Bedarf)
  • Dokumentation der Kalkulationsannahmen (transparent und nachvollziehbar)
  • Übergabe fertiger Angebote an interne Ansprechpartner (Vertrieb/Projektverantwortliche)

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in Kalkulation / Angebotskalkulation im Fensterbau / Bauelemente / Ausbau / Bauwesen
  • Excel sicher (Pflicht) und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – Sie arbeiten lieber sauber und nachvollziehbar als „schnell und riskant“
  • Technisches Verständnis für Bauelemente, Zubehör, Montage-/Nebenleistungen

### Konditionen

  • Gehalt: 55.000–67.000 € p. a. (Fixum, je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation)
  • Optionaler Leistungsbonus / 13. Gehalt (leistungsabhängig)
