  • Kalkulation von schlüsselfertigen Bauvorhaben (GU Leistungen Schwerpunkt Wohnungsbau)
  • Kalkulation sämtlicher Hochbauprojekte (Leistungsverzeichnisse)
  • Kalkulation der Tiefbauprojekte (Leistungsverzeichnisse)
  • Auftrags- und Nachtragskalkulation
  • Aktualisieren und fortführen der Stammkalkulation

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur, Bautechniker oder Meister
  • Berufserfahrung insbesondere in der Kalkulation / Bauleitung ist von Vorteil
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Kompetenz und lösungsorientiertes Denken
