Kalkulator (gn) für Rohbau und GU-Leistungen

Sie legen mit Ihrer Kalkulation den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Bauprojekte.

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

 unbefristete Anstellung in 35- oder 40-Std-Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

Ihre Aufgaben:

 Sie erstellen Angebotskalkulationen für Rohbauleistungen auf Grundlage von Leistungsverzeichnissen.

 Sie ermitteln Mengen und Massen anhand von Plänen und technischen Zeichnungen

 Sie holen Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangebote ein.

 Sie stellen Unterlagen für die Abgabe von öffentlichen und privaten Angeboten zusammen.

Ihr Profil:

 abgeschlossene bautechnische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau) oder bautechnisches bzw. wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium

 Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Baukalkulation

 eine strukturierte, gründliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

 klare und verbindliche Kommunikation gegenüber Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligten

 sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrungen mit Kalkulations- oder AVA-Software sind von Vorteil
