## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen die Ausarbeitung der Kalkulation gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis oder funktionaler Ausschreibung im Bereich Rohbau
  • Erarbeitung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulation
  • Mitwirkung bei der verantwortlichen Angebotserstellung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Auswertung von Angeboten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten- und Budgetvorgaben während des gesamten Bauprozesses

## Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation als Bautechniker/in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Rohbaukalkulation
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sie sind engagiert, zielstrebig und teamorientiert
