Für unsere Abteilung Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Kalkulator im Bereich Tiefbau/ Rohrleitungsbau (m/w/d) Aufgabenbereich :
  • Prüfen und Bewerten von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Anfragen und Auswertung von Material- und Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Kalkulation von Projekten im Tiefbau/ Rohrleitungsbau
  • Kalkulation von Nachträgen
  • Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen, Sondervorschlägen und Nebenangeboten
  • Massenermittlung anhand der Pläne und Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Interner Ansprechpartner für unsere Projektteams in der Ausführungsphase
  • Qualifikation :
  • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium oder technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tief-/Straßen-/Asphalt- oder Rohrleitungsbau wünschenswert
  • Technische Verständnis und grundlegende kaufmännische Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
