  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Um unseren erfolgreichen Wachstumskurs fortzusetzen, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Kolleg:in, um unser Team zu verstärken.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Ermittlung von Bauleistungen unter Berücksichtigung der konstruktiven, gesetzlichen und den Regeln der Technik entsprechenden Anforderungen
  • Selbstständige Ermittlung von Professionistenleistungen
  • Erstellung von Massenauszügen im Zuge der Leistungsermittlung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, vorwiegend Leistungsbeschreibung für Hochbau
  • Selbstständiges Erkennen von Ausführungsvarianten
  • Unterstützung bei der Auftragsakquisition
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, FH) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Hochbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Kalkulator:in, idealerweise im Bereich Generalunternehmerbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Bauvorschriften und Normen
  • Grundkenntnisse von Bauwerkskonstruktionen und Ausführungsdetails
  • Branchenübliche IT-Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
