  • Wir sind der Bau-Spezialist in der Region und Teil der Stern-Gruppe, die in den Bereichen Verkehr, Schifffahrt, Bau, Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik sowie Betonfertigteile tätig ist. Seit 2025 sind wir auch am Standort Marchtrenk vertreten.
  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Selbstständige Kalkulation von Hochbau-, Sanierungs- und GU-Projekten
  • Ausarbeiten von Ausführungsvarianten
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Massenermittlung
  • Einholung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferanten-Angeboten
  • SIE BIETEN:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Baumeister_in)
  • Berufserfahrung in einem ausführenden Bauunternehmen
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Auer Success, MS Office)
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Projekt- und Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt bei einer Vollbeschäftigung (39,0 Wochenstunden) 4.504,00 € brutto monatlich (14-mal jährlich).

Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag auf Vollzeitbasis zuzüglich einer marktkonformen ergänzenden Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
