  • \* Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Innovationen, insbesondere dem Einsatz von KI-gestützten Prozessen und nachhaltigen Kalkulationsmethoden
  • \* Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen mit flexiblen Homeoffice- und Mobile-Work-Möglichkeiten

### Ihr Beitrag bei uns:

  • \* Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Klein-, Mittel- und Großprojekte im Kanal-, Tief- und Verkehrswegebau
  • \* Wirtschaftliche und technische Bewertung von Chancen, Risiken und Projektanforderungen
  • \* Ausschreibung, Vergleich und Bewertung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • \* Erarbeitung wirtschaftlicher SOndervorschläge und Erstellung von Nebenangeboten zur Optimierung von Projekten
  • \* Gemeinsame Finale Angebotsausarbeitung im Kalkulationsteam unter Anwendung des "6-Augen-Prinzips"
  • \* Erstellung der Arbeitskalkulation (AKO) sowie Vorbereitung aller relevanten Übergabeunterlagen für die Bauausführung
