  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, Abrechnung oder Kalkulation im Straßen- und Verkehrswegebau
  • Kenntnisse in einem Kalkulationsprogramm, idealerweise RIB-iTWO
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für innovative Ansätze, wie den Einsatz von KI und CO₂-bewusste Kalkulationen
  • Möglichkeit auf Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten

Ihr Beitrag bei uns:

  • \* Erstellen von Kalkulationen und Angeboten für Klein- bis Großprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Kanal-, Tief- und Verkehrswegebau
  • \* Erfassen und Bewerten von Chancen und Risiken
  • \* Einholen, Prüfen und Bewerten von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • \* Entwicklung und Bewertung von SOndervorschlägen sowie die Ausarbeitung von Nebenangeboten
  • \* Finale Angebotsausarbeitung und -legung gemeinsam im Kalkulationsteam - "6-Augen-Prinzip"
  • \* Anfertigen der Arbeitskalkulation AKO, sowie weiterer Unterlagen zur Übergabe an die Bauausführung
