## Tätigkeiten

  • Ihre ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Zahlen konnten Sie bereits bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen einfacher technischer Bauvorhaben unter Beweis stellen.
  • Nun möchten Sie sich im Bereich Kalkulation vertiefen und Ihr Wissen und Repertoire in diesem Fachbereich erweitern.
  • In Ihrer Rolle als „Kalkulator/in (m/w/d) “ kalkulieren Sie selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich Bauprojekte im Tief & Ingenieurbau.
  • Dabei sind Sie für die Einholung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerangeboten, Preisvergleiche sowie Vergabeverhandlungen zuständig.
  • Zudem kümmern Sie sich um die Eingabe sowie Wartung von Stammdaten und Betriebsmitteln und erstellen gewissenhaft Leistungsverzeichnisse inkl. Mengenermittlungen.
  • Zahlreiche Einzelkalkulationen verdichten Sie anschließend präzise und gewissenhaft zu einer Gesamtkalkulation.
  • Im Zuge von Nachkalkulationen sind Ihre Kompetenz und Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten gefragt.
  • Bei all dem werden Sie von Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen zuvorkommend unterstützt.
  • Sie profitieren von einem spannenden technischen Aufgabenfeld und einer wertschätzenden Unternehmenskultur in einem chancenreichen Konzern.

## Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossenes Studium (TU/FH) im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation wünschenswert
  • gute Anwenderkenntnisse in einem Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsprogramm (vorzugsweise iTWO)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • selbstständige, teamfähige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
