  • Risikobewertung: Beurteilung von Risiken, wie beispielsweise bei Bodenverhältnissen oder Terminvorgaben in Bauprojekten.
  • Angebotserstellung: Ausarbeitung von Angeboten für Ausschreibungen und Projekte.
  • Finanzplanung: Erstellung von Finanzplänen und Soll-Ist-Vergleichen zur Überwachung der Finanzen des Unternehmens.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Verkauf, Projektmanagement und Bauführung.
  • Pflege von Kalkulationsdaten
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

Arbeitsumfeld:

Büroarbeit: Erstellt Pläne und Kalkulationen am Computer.

Berufliche Voraussetzungen:

  • Kaufmännische Aus- oder Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrungen wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamgeist, Leidenschaft
