Aktuell beschäftigt die FBU ca. 130 Mitarbeiter und erbringt eine Jahresleistung zwischen 50 und 60 Mio. EUR.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Sonnewalde suchen wir einen Kalkulator Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von Angebots-, Auftrags- und Nachtragskalkulationen

Erstellen von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Einholen von Nachunternehmerangeboten

Mengenermittlungen

Anfertigung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

Entwicklung von Alternativ-/Nebenangeboten

Stammdatenpflege für die Kalkulation

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau), Architektur oder Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; RIB Software iTWO und AutoCAD von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Hohes Kostenbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und Engagement
