aktuell suchen wir für einen Kunden Unterstützung in der Kalkulation (m/w/d).

  • Standort: Rüsselsheim am Main und weitere
  • Start: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation von Projekten im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär (HKLS)
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
  • Erstellung wirtschaftlicher Alternativ- und Sondervorschläge in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Technik
  • Unterstützung bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Auftragsvergaben
  • Sicherstellung der Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitstransparenz während der Angebotsphase

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Versorgungstechnik oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation von TGA- oder Anlagenbauprojekten von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Kalkulationsprogrammen, idealerweise RIB iTWO
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten
