Die LS Bau AG ist ein schlagkräftiges, mittelständiges Unternehmen mit Sitz in Thannhausen. Wir betreuen Bauvorhaben in Schwaben. Unsere Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich des allgemeinen Tiefbaus, Straßenbau und der Brückensanierung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Kalkulator/in (m/w/d).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sorgfältige Prüfung von Angebotsanfragen
  • Wirtschaftliche Kalkulation von Angeboten mit hoher Auftragswahrscheinlichkeit
  • Vollständige und richtige Erfüllung formeller Vorgaben der Angebotsanfragen (Formalerfordernisse wie z.B. EFB-Blätter, Aufgliederung der Einheitspreise etc.)
  • Zeitgerechte Angebotsbearbeitung
  • Laufende Pflege der Kalkulationsstammdaten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • (langjährige) Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation von Straßen- und Tiefbauprojekten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Baustellenbetrieb und der Baustellenabwicklung
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Kalkulationsverfahren und -software
  • Selbständige, engagierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
