Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und erfahrenen \*\*Kalkulator (m/w/d)\*\* in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen für Bauprojekte
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Ermittlung von Material-, Personal- und Nachunternehmerkosten
  • Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten und Preisen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Durchführung von Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Nachträgen und Kostenkontrolle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Bauleitung und Geschäftsführung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Baukalkulation von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bauwesen und in der Kostenberechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Kalkulationssoftware
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
