  • Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von Bauprojekten im Tief- und
  • Rohrleitungsbau einschließlich der Bewertung von Nachtragsleistungen
  • Durchführung von Massenermittlungen als Grundlage für die
  • Angebotserstellung Ausarbeitung und Pflege von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Verhandlungen mit Subunternehmen sowie
  • Auftraggebern Identifikation und Bewertung projektbezogener Chancen
  • und Risiken Enge Abstimmung mit den Projektteams zur Sicherstellung
  • reibungsloser Projektabläufe Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im
  • Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Techniker
  • bzw. Bauleiter Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Bauleitung im
  • Tiefbaubereich von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie
  • gängigen Kalkulationsprogrammen Strukturierte, selbstständige
  • Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
